Meet Our Founder
Kim is a licensed therapist, certified coach, author, speaker, mother, wife, and former military spouse who provides moms with tools to grow and thrive in their own lives, so they can help those they love to grow and thrive too.
Kim noticed that many of her clients were experiencing feelings of isolation, overwhelm, and defeat. In today's social media-driven world, it's common for moms to believe that others have it all figured out, while they feel lacking in the necessary tools to confidently pour into their families.
She took action and Elevate Moms was born. Kim created a sanctuary for healing, personal development, and mutual support, creating transformation unlike anything else. Kim believes we're not meant to navigate this journey in motherhood alone.
