FAMILY COACH

Stacy Coleman, CCLC

Stacy works with moms to help them discover a new sense of clarity and hope, as she is reminded that they are enough, even in chaos, confusion, and uncertainty. She believes that as a mom embraces her unique strengths, she can find the confidence to make it through to the other side of her stuck places. Stacy helps women find the strength to take care of themselves as she provides a supportive and empowering space for moms to explore their strengths, values, and goals, ultimately helping them cultivate a sense of balance and fulfillment.

  • From an early age, Stacy has had a zest for living life to the fullest. She carries that same zest into motherhood by celebrating life’s moments, big or small. From the first birthday party to high school graduation and every milestone in between, Stacy’s favorite role as a mom is cheerleader.

Born with congenital dislocated hips, doctors weren’t sure she’d live a life of everyday mobility. From learning to walk in a body cast at 18 months old to cheering at the collegiate level, that same tenacity that the Lord formed in her then is what carries her through motherhood even now.

Having experienced the pain of infertility and the beauty of adoption, Stacy has a heart for moms walking through life’s unpredictabilities.

Through seasons of working outside the home while balancing the busy schedules of her husband and three kids, she has learned the freedom that is found in letting go of the things that are outside of her control.

Stacy grew up in the home of a church planter where her Mom and Dad modeled the roles of caring for, encouraging, and mentoring people. This shaped her and inspired her to do the same.

When asked why she enjoys coaching moms, Stacy answered, “I love helping a mom discover a new sense of clarity and hope, as she is reminded that SHE IS ENOUGH, even in the chaos, confusion, and uncertainty. As a mom embraces her unique strengths, confidence can be found to make it through to the other side of her pain.”

This passion for serving moms also grew out of Stacy’s own journey as other women spoke into her life, at the most vulnerable, heart-breaking moments, offering their wisdom, discernment, and guidance, which encouraged her to keep pressing on.

Stacy Coleman and her husband, Ken, have been married for 26 years. Together, they are blessed to parent three uniquely wonderful teens and an enthusiastic goldendoodle.

Fun facts about Stacy: she has never met a stranger, is a former college cheerleader, and earned her private pilot’s license when she was 20 years old.

She found her calling guiding individuals to alleviate financial and organizational stress through practical education. In 2020, Sarah's family settled into their Nashville "forever home," where she now pursues this fulfilling path.

She further complemented her business acumen by obtaining a professional Financial Coaching Master's certificate from Ramsey Solutions. Beyond her academic pursuits, Sarah dedicates her time as a volunteer Financial Officer with the United States Navy Sea Cadets, Nashville Division.

Sarah combines various coaching approaches to create a personalized experience tailored to your specific needs. Together, you'll explore what matters most to you, identify what's been holding you back, and get clear on the financial life you want to build. She helps you understand how family patterns might be influencing your money habits today, so you can choose new behaviors that actually serve your goals. From there, Sarah helps you create a practical action plan and stays with you to ensure your vision becomes a reality.

Outside of work, Sarah cherishes time with her husband and three kids when their schedules align. She finds joy in simple pleasures: sunrises, sunsets, walks with friends, traveling to new places near and far, and experiencing different cultures and foods. But most of all, she loves hosting gatherings filled with laughter, sharing meals with loved ones, staying active through yoga and weight-lifting, and hearing her kids' contagious belly laughs.

  • Amy is passionate about working with individuals facing various medical and nutritional challenges. As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Amy takes a science-based approach to understanding the root causes of disease to develop targeted plans for symptom control and elimination. She takes an individualized approach with each client, helping them discover how emotional, social, spiritual, and behavioral factors impact physical health, in addition to assisting clients with comprehensive nutrition strategies.

Amy's journey began at a young age, reaping the benefits of a functional medicine lifestyle as she was raised eating whole foods from her parents' garden and grass-fed beef. As an avid runner, she became aware that eating healthy, exercising, and sleeping well contributed to feeling strong and performing at her best.

After college, Amy pursued a career in corporate America. While exciting, she came to realize that high levels of stress, long hours, and grueling international travel were affecting her health. She stepped away after 10 years from her professional career to start her family and reprioritized self-care to regain a healthy lifestyle for herself and her family. As she experienced her own health challenges, she began exploring alternative solutions that aligned with how she grew up and soon adopted the principles of a Functional Medicine approach to regain optimal health.

Amy graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Business Communication and worked for international corporations for 10 years.

After finding her passion for helping others with their health-related issues, she went on to pursue her Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Coaching Certification from The Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM).

Amy focuses on understanding each individual's unique situation and goals. Using her extensive knowledge and resources, she creates personalized plans for each client to help them improve their health through dietary and lifestyle changes. In addition to developing comprehensive nutritional strategies for clients, Amy has developed a specialty working with individuals who are suffering from life-altering autoimmune diseases as well as gut imbalances.

Amy also loves spending time with her husband of 34 years and her three adult children. She enjoys taking long walks with family and friends and her goldendoodle Tucker, as well as attending Club Pilates classes. You can often find her reading books to further her knowledge on anything health-related and spending time researching new healthy recipes and trying them out on family and friends during gatherings in her home.

FAMILY COACH

Kellie Purdy, CCLC

Kellie empowers mothers to break free from limiting beliefs and create new patterns that build the connected, intentional relationships they've always wanted. As a certified Christian Life Coach with nearly two decades of family experience and degrees in Psychology and Education, she combines story exploration and personality insights to help women step into new possibilities and truly understand their children.

  • Kellie believes every woman has a story worth exploring—and growing from. She works with mothers and women who want to understand their own journey while becoming more intentional in the relationships that matter most.

We all have experiences that shape how we show up in our connections with others. Sometimes old patterns can limit the relationships we want to build today. Kellie creates a supportive space where women can explore these patterns, gain fresh perspective, and develop the skills for stronger, more fulfilling relationships moving forward.

This kind of personal growth takes courage, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Kellie offers guidance, insight, and encouragement as you step into the next chapter of your story.

Kellie began her work career as a middle school teacher and coach. In addition, she has spent most of her adult life in youth ministry with organizations such as Young Life and the local church. After becoming a mom, Kellie served as the director of the Children’s Ministry at her church. She has also spent almost 20 years working at a Christian camp for girls in various capacities. The collection of these experiences, along with some administrative positions in small businesses, led Kellie to become a Life Coach.

Kellie earned a B.S. degree from the University of the South at Sewanee in Psychology with a focus on child development.  She also holds a Master's in Education from Vanderbilt University. Kellie completed her Christian Life Coach training through the American Association of Christian Counseling, where she earned her CCLC.

Specializing in family systems coaching and combining powerful tools like story of origin exploration and personality assessments, Kellie helps mothers to develop deep self-awareness and truly understand their children. Her approach empowers women to break generational patterns, strengthen family connections, and create the intentional relationships they've always wanted.

Kellie and her husband, Mac, have been married for more than 25 years. They have three adult children. Scarritt is a nurse in Birmingham. Mackinlay is an interior design major at Auburn University. Baden is finishing high school, playing lacrosse, and plans to own a bakery someday. The Purdys are also dog lovers and have two: a lab named George and an Aussiedoodle named Trooper.

FAMILY COACH

Stephanie Rainey

Stephanie has a passion for helping women thrive in their current season of life. She creates a calm, supportive sanctuary where women can pause from the constant motion of daily responsibilities and reconnect with who they truly are. Working with women navigating everything from new motherhood and career transitions to empty nesting and strengthening relationships, Stephanie helps her clients slow down, listen to their inner voice, clarify what they want, and rediscover what genuinely inspires them.

  • Women are masters of multitasking, managing everything from family needs and career demands to endless daily responsibilities. In the midst of taking care of everyone else, many women wake up one day and realize they've lost sight of themselves—their own dreams, goals, and what truly matters to them.

Stephanie brings a deep passion for creating space where women can pause, reflect, and reconnect with who they are today and who they want to become tomorrow. Through thoughtful collaboration, she guides women in exploring their goals and dreams, working together to develop tangible, actionable plans that transform their vision into reality.

Stephanie became a Life Coach because she has a passion for seeing women thrive in their current season of life. Throughout her own journey, she has intentionally surrounded herself with women who are a season ahead of her—mentors who aren't afraid to ask the hard questions that push her to reflect deeply and step outside her comfort zone. Those meaningful conversations inspired her to create the same kind of transformative space for other women. Nothing brings Stephanie more joy than witnessing that "aha" moment when a woman finally gives herself permission to embrace who she was truly meant to be.

Stephanie earned a B.S. from Samford University, a B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and later obtained her Life Coaching certification through the Middle Tennessee Leadership Institute.

Stephanie works with women navigating all seasons of life, from the overwhelming joy and challenges of new motherhood to the excitement and uncertainty of career transitions. She helps women embrace the quiet transition of empty nesting, strengthen family relationships, and develop more meaningful communication skills—especially within marriage where authentic connection matters most.

Stephanie's coaching style centers on creating a calm, peaceful space where women can finally pause, let their minds catch up, and simply be present with themselves. She understands that women, especially mothers, often live in constant motion—moving from one need to the next request to the next deadline, rarely stopping to ask what they themselves want or need. Through their work together, Stephanie helps women slow down and reconnect with their inner voice. When women feel safe and truly relaxed, their minds and hearts naturally open to dream again, to imagine new possibilities, and to rediscover what genuinely inspires them.

As a mom of four living far from family, she often longed for a couch to sit on and a mom just a few years ahead of her to say, "You've got what it takes. You're not alone. And yes, it really is as hard as it feels right now."

Stephanie is an outdoor-loving mama who feels most at home surrounded by gardens, flower beds, hiking trails, bonfires, and floating down a river. If it involves sunshine, dirt, or a little adventure, she’s all in.

Life with her family of six is full of noise and surprises, but she wouldn’t trade it for anything. She finds joy in the mess of the everyday moments. Stephanie believes in slowing down, savoring the little things, and creating space for rest, reflection, and reconnection for herself and the women she supports. She believes you don’t have to be perfect to be a mom you just have to be present.

FAMILY COACH

Jennifer Scoggins, CCLC

Jennifer is passionate about helping Moms find practical solutions to the daily issues creating chaos and stress in their home. She knows firsthand that it’s possible to transform that turmoil into teamwork, where families unite together, using systems that work. While it might sound too good to be true, she knows the actual truth is that behind closed doors, many families face the same issues. A few strategic changes can make a huge difference. Her desire to coach stems from her recognition of the challenges mothers face, including loneliness, confusion, and the never-ending learning curve of parenting without a manual.

  • Jennifer Scoggins is a passionate advocate for mothers navigating the life-changing journey of raising children. Her primary focus is helping families create a structure that allows everyone to work as a team and trigger each other less. She loves working individually with moms or in a group format, which offers the community and connection that so many moms are missing.

From as early as she can remember, Jen wanted to be a mom. When she was blessed with two incredible daughters, she realized it was neither easy nor automatic. Instead, she found herself on a rollercoaster, with moments of feeling like a superhero…and other times of feeling like a total train wreck.

At the end of her rope – frustrated, ashamed, and confused - Jen sought out both professional counseling and coaching, where she learned tools that created massive shifts in both herself and her family.

Her desire to coach stems from recognizing the challenges mothers face—loneliness, confusion, and a learning curve that’s never-ending, without a manual!

Jen is an alumnus of San Jose State University, where she holds a B.A. in Marketing. She is also a  Certified Christian Life Coach.

Jen's coaching practice is focused on helping families create systems and practical solutions for daily challenges, so they can create a home environment that nurtures growth, fosters connection, and brings out the best in every family member

Jennifer and her husband, Chance, have been married for 20 years, and their incredible daughters, Jalen and Emmery, are now teenagers. For fun, Jen enjoys dancing and yoga, and being outdoors as often as possible.

PASTORAL FAMILY COACH

Vonda Vincent, CCLC

Vonda finds great joy in helping women discover their unique purpose, both as mothers and as individuals. When we use our gifts to benefit others and honor God, our children also learn more about their own abilities. Vonda assists women in their current circumstances, helps them recognize their inner strengths, and encourages a supportive community among mothers navigating similar stages of parenting.

  • Vonda Vincent is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Bible study teacher, mentor, and mother of three. Before becoming a full-time mom, she worked in the worship music industry and helped her husband in local church ministry. She homeschooled her children for several years and became a substitute teacher upon their return to public school. In 2020, her desire to connect with people and to use her relocating experiences led her to get her real estate license.

During her 34 (and counting) years married to her husband, Kent, they have walked through infertility, adoption, five relocations, and the grief of losing parents. Those experiences have given her compassion and understanding for women facing the same challenges. She loves coming alongside them and helping them navigate their own journeys.

Vonda’s greatest joy is unearthing our unique calling, not only as moms but as women. Our children learn so much about their own giftings as they see us use ours for the good of others and the glory of God. As an Elevate Moms Coach, Vonda supports women where they are, pulls out their inner strengths, and fosters community with other moms who are parenting in the same season as each other.
