COUNSELING

Find a counselor that works for you.

The effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression don’t just impact us. They also impact those who walk through life with us. The best gift we can give our loved ones is to heal our wounded places so we can share our wholeness with them.

In order to have a thriving family we have to do our own work.
