Strong Families Start With a Mom Who Feels Whole

Vonda Vincent, CCLC

I am a Certified Christian Life Coach, Bible study teacher, mentor, and mother of three. Before becoming a full-time mom, I worked in the worship music industry and helped my husband in a local church ministry. I homeschooled our children for several years and became a substitute teacher upon their return to public school.

In 2020, my desire to connect with people and to use my relocation experiences led me to get my real estate license. During our 34 (and counting) years of marriage, my husband, Kent, and I have walked through infertility, adoption, five relocations, and the grief of losing parents. Those experiences have given me deep compassion and understanding for women facing similar challenges. I love coming alongside them and helping them navigate their own journeys with grace and wisdom gained through my own seasons of struggle and growth.

My Approach

I find great joy in helping women discover their unique purpose, both as mothers and as individuals. I believe that when we use our gifts to benefit others and honor God, our children also learn more about their own abilities by watching us live authentically and purposefully.

As an Elevate Moms Coach, my goal is to meet women exactly where they are in their current circumstances, help them recognize their inner strengths, and encourage the development of a supportive community among mothers navigating similar stages of parenting.

My approach is rooted in the understanding that every woman has been uniquely designed with gifts and purposes that extend beyond motherhood, and that discovering and using these gifts enriches not only her own life but also serves as a powerful example for her children.

Beyond Coaching

My life has been marked by transitions and growth—from the worship music industry to ministry support, from homeschooling to substitute teaching, and from multiple relocations to building community wherever God has placed me.

Each season has taught me valuable lessons about adaptability, faith, and finding purpose in every circumstance. When I'm not coaching, I enjoy leading Bible studies, mentoring younger women, and creating spaces for authentic connection. My heart for community and seeing potential in others naturally extends into every area of my life.

I’m Here To Help

If you're a mom who feels like you've lost yourself somewhere between diaper changes, school drop-offs, and endless household tasks, I want you to know that your dreams and gifts haven't disappeared—they're still there, waiting to be rediscovered and used in this season of your life.

My greatest joy is helping women unearth their unique calling, not only as mothers but as the remarkable individuals God created them to be. I understand that our children learn so much about their own giftings as they see us use ours for the good of others and the glory of God.

As an Elevate Moms Coach, I'm here to support you exactly where you are, help you recognize and develop your inner strengths, and connect you with a community of other mothers who are parenting in similar seasons. Together, we'll discover how your unique gifts can flourish even in the midst of motherhood, creating a beautiful example for your children while bringing you the fulfillment and purpose you're longing for.

You don't have to choose between being a devoted mother and living out your God-given calling. Let's explore how both can beautifully coexist in this season of your life.
